Where to find my membership information?
Once you are connected, you can access all your membership information in your account drop drop-down menu, on the top right of the screen. This is where you’ll find ‘My Membership’. This tab contains everything you need to know about your membership, including the expiry date, your automatic renewal status, and the cost of your next renewal.
You can either wait for your membership to automatically renew or if you’d like to arrange this yourself ahead of your expiry date, you can do so by following these instructions.
The differences between Love Home Swap and HomeExchange
Formerly, you may have been offered various options with Love Home Swap as there were two different membership plans, and 3 tiers: Lite, Standard, and Platinum.
With HomeExchange, your membership plan is much simpler. At HomeExchange we offer one annual membership plan, and no additional tiers. You pay 220 USD per year, and this will allow you to plan unlimited exchanges throughout your annual subscription.
There are no additional fees to use GuestPoints - simplicity and transparency are fundamental for HomeExchange.
HomeExchange loyalty program
If you were a member of Love Home Swap for a number of years, you may have been made a loyalty offer upon one or more of your renewals. At HomeExchange, we also feel it’s important to reward our long-standing members. On every automatic renewal for your yearly membership, you will receive 250 GuestPoints as a thank-you for your loyalty. You will also benefit from a discount on your membership payment if you decide to automatically renew, plus a loyalty badge showing how long you have been a member of our two communities.
