You will have received an email when we merged Love Home Swap and HomeExchange, which included a link to your brand new HomeExchange account, with a prompt to change your password.
If you are unable to locate this email, or if the link has expired, you can head to https://www.homeexchange.com/ and click "Sign in" and reset your password directly. You’ll then be able to access your account and home listing, which will have been migrated over from Love Home Swap.
If you already had an account with HomeExchange prior to the merge, you will be able to log into your account as usual. You will find that your Love Home Swap information has been merged into this account.
