We need to have a payment method registered for all members with an active membership. This is important, not only to renew automatically your membership if you have this option activated but also for the deposit process in case of damage.
Therefore, if you wish to delete your current payment method, you will need to add a new one first, you can find the process to do so here.
Once the new payment method has been added, you will be able to delete the old payment method by clicking on the little cross on its right from the “My Membership” page.
