How do I use a special code?

Important to know

You cannot use a code when paying your membership in 3 instalments.

Our codes can only be used via our website, you cannot use them when using our App.

They can not be used for renewing a membership.

The 4 steps to follow to use a special code

If you have a code to apply in order to pay for your membership, you can use it when you finalize your payment.

To use the code :

1. From the drop-down menu “My account” click on "My membership"
   
2. On this page click on “Subscribe”
   
3. Enter your code in the corresponding field:
   
4. Click on “apply”

How do I know the code has been applied?

“Congratulations” will be written under the code.

You will also see the code and the discounted amount above the “total” field on your left.
