As we continue to grow the HomeExchange community and improve our service, our membership and loyalty prices may change to reflect these improvements. Here are answers to a few common questions about the updates to our loyalty pricing:
When will the change take place?
Our loyalty prices will be updated from February 5 2024. All members that are affected by this will receive an email at least a month before their renewal.
Will I pay more for my next renewal?
Yes, if you were paying an old loyalty price, you will see an increase for your next renewal. You can check the exact amount when logged into your account.
If you are on a computer, you can hover your mouse over 'My account' in the top right of your screen. Select 'My membership' in the drop-down that appears to see your current membership's expiry date and the loyalty discount you'll receive for your next year.
If you are using the app then tap 'Account' on the bottom right of your phone and then tap 'My membership'. There you will see the price of next year's membership.
Your loyalty discount may have changed slightly, but it will still represent a great saving in comparison to the price paid by newer members.
Will I still receive GuestPoints upon renewal?
Yes, 250GPs will be added to your account when you continue with your loyalty offer.
What will happen to my loyalty badge?
Your loyalty badge will continue to show how long you have been a loyal member of HomeExchange.
Will there be any change to my membership and the member guarantees?
No, nothing else will change except for your loyalty discount.
