What is the loyalty price?
The loyalty price is a discount offered by HomeExchange to members who renew on time - granting them a lower price than what new members pay.
As the price for new members changes (last updated: June 2025), we adjust our loyalty prices to reflect these updates. However, we remain committed to offering a special rate for loyal members as a token of our appreciation for their trust and ongoing support.
How much will I pay when my membership renews?
Members pay a renewal price tailored to their level of loyalty.
You can check the price you will be paying for your next renewal by going to "Account" then “My Membership”, which you can access from the website or directly on the app. The price of your next renewal will also be included in the email you will receive a month before your expiration date.
Your renewal price may have changed compared to last year, but you will still maintain a significant discount compared to the price paid by newer members.
Will I still receive GuestPoints upon renewal?
Yes, 250GPs will be added to your account when you continue with your loyalty offer.
What will happen to my loyalty badge?
Your loyalty badge will continue to show how long you have been a loyal member of HomeExchange.
Will there be any change to my membership and the member guarantees?
No, nothing else will change except for your loyalty discount.
