As stated in our general conditions, you are entitled to be reimbursed for the membership up to 14 days after payment on our site. This is only valid before the start of an exchange.
To request to be reimbursed, send us the following information:
- Your full name (first and last name)
- The email address used to sign into HomeExchange
- What you wish to be reimbursed for
- The date of payment
