To view these details on the website, follow these steps:
- Go to the conversation thread with your exchange partner.
- Look for the button labeled ""View the exchange details"". This option will appear once the exchange has been confirmed and finalized.
- By clicking on this button, you’ll be directed to a detailed page where you can access your exchange partner’s full contact information.
If you are using the app, you can go to the conversation with your exchange partner and click the ""Details"" tab.
Having access to this information makes it easier to communicate directly with your exchange partner regarding any last-minute details, special instructions for your stay, or questions about the property.
Keep in mind that the contact details listed are the ones your host used when they signed up for the website. If they have provided you with different contact details directly in your conversation, these details won't show up on this page.
