To make accessing your HomeExchange account easier, you can link your email/password account with one of the logins you use for your social media accounts (Apple, Google or Facebook).
Alternatively, you can connect two of these social media login methods, giving you the flexibility to choose how you prefer to sign in, quickly and securely.
Login with Apple, Google or Facebook, and link this with your existing HomeExchange email/password details
If you already access your HomeExchange account with an email/password, and would like to have the option of signing in with Apple, Google or Facebook, you can do so if they are linked to the same email address.
Once you have linked both methods to your HomeExchange account, you’ll be able to sign in using either option at any time — whichever is most convenient for you.
Linking two social media logins to your HomeExchange account
If you have a social login (for example, Facebook) and wish to also use another (such as Google or Apple) with the same email address, you can connect both.
This allows you to access your account using any of your preferred platforms.
When linking accounts is not possible
If you already have a social login (for example, Facebook) and try to create a new account using email/password with the same email, this won’t be possible. Please sign in through your existing social login.
If you have an email/password account and create another one with a different email address, this will generate two separate accounts. They cannot be merged, but you can delete or deactivate the one you no longer use.
