Yes, you can renew your HomeExchange membership 10 days before your scheduled renewal date, without losing any days of your existing membership. It is only possible to renew early if your existing renewal date is in the next 10 days.
Renewing in advance will allow you to lock in your next year of membership without any interruption to your current one. (But don't worry: if your membership is set to automatically renew, it will do so on your renewal date.)
