How do I use a promo code?

Important to know

You cannot use a code when paying for your membership in 3 instalments.

Promo codes can also not be used for renewing a membership.

The 4 steps to follow to use a promo code

If you have a promo code to apply in order to pay for your membership, you can use it when you finalize your payment.

To use the code :

1. From the drop-down menu “My account” click on "My membership"
   
2. On this page click on “Subscribe”
   
3. Enter your promo code in the corresponding field:
   
4. Click on “apply”

Please note: A promo code gives you a discount on your membership and must be applied when entering your payment details. It is different from a referral code, which gives you 250 extra GuestPoints when added to your profile (find out how).

How do I know the promo code has been applied?

“Congratulations” will be written under the code.

You will also see the code and the discounted amount above the “total” field on your left.
