What is a club?
Clubs are closed private communities within the HomeExchange community. Clubs are created by request for associations, companies, and organizations that want to connect with their employees/colleagues/friends on the HomeExchange platform. The idea is that people in a Club will have a shared connection and will be more likely to exchange their homes.
What is the difference between a club and a group ?
Groups bring together members of the HomeExchange community who have a shared or common interest (ex. lifestyle, sports, hobbies and passions, etc...). HomeExchange members can join as many groups as they wish. A club brings together a group of people belonging to the same company, association or organization. It is possible to join a club only via a dedicated link.
What are the benefits of being part of a club?

Any new member joining a club and registering for the first time will benefit from additional free GuestPoints (amount to be determined when the club is created).

Membership in a club gives members a special search filter to find other members from the same club and to easily organize exchanges with other club members

Belonging to the same club increases the level of trust between new members. It is easier to organize a first exchange with people belonging to the same company, association or organization, with whom they already share a connection.
What's the difference between being part of a club and being a normal HomeExchange member?
A member who is part of a club and member who is not part of a club both have equal access to features and services provided by HomeExchange. A member who is part of a club will benefit from additional GuestPoints offered at registration and the possibility of using the search criterion in order to organize exchanges with the other members of their club.
How can I create a Club?

How can I join a Club?
In order to join a club you will need the dedicated link. The link will be communicated to you by the person in charge of the club. For more information, do not hesitate to contact us.
How can I invite my employees to join a club?
It is possible to invite people to join a club by sending them the unique dedicated link created for the club. For clubs created for private businesses, registration must be made with a professional email address. For more information, do not hesitate to write to us.
How do I receive the extra GuestPoints?
Once you have joined the club, the GuestPoints will be automatically credited to your account. The additional GuestPoints are only valid for the first club that you join. If you belong to two different clubs, you will only receive the GuestPoints for one of the clubs.
Can I join the club with my personal email address?
Within the framework of a company club, it is necessary to register via your professional email. You can still add your personal email in the "My Profile" section to receive HomeExchange communications.
How can I search for other club members' homes?
During your search, go to "more filters" option and select the corresponding club. You will then see the homes of all the members who are part of this club.
Can I exchange with other members who are not in the Club?
Yes! You can exchange with all the members of the HomeExchange community.
What if a member already has a HomeExchange account before joining the club?
If you are already a Member, it is still possible to join the club by clicking on the dedicated link. You will be automatically added to the club if you meet the eligibility criteria. Only new members can benefit from the 250 welcome GuestPoints.
How can I leave a Club?
To leave the club, simply go to your profile, then "manage my clubs", click on the icon corresponding to the club you want to leave, and select "Leave the club".
