Starting from [Date], the minimum supported version for the HomeExchange app will change:
iPhone: iOS 15 → iOS 16
iPad: iPadOS 15 → iPadOS 16
What does this mean for me ?
If your Apple device is currently running on iOS15 or IpadOS 15, you will need to upgrade to iOS 16 / IpadOS 16 to keep using the HomeExchange app.

Not all devices can be upgraded to iOS 16 / iPadOS 16. You can check the list of compatible iPhones and iPads here.
What if my device is not compatible with iOS 16 / iPadOS 16?
If your device cannot be upgraded, the HomeExchange app will no longer work on that device.
We know this can be frustrating, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, older devices cannot support the technical requirements needed to keep improving the app safely and reliably.
Good news: you will still be able to use the web version of HomeExchange from your mobile browser.
To make the web experience smoother, we recommend uninstalling the app to avoid being redirected back to an unsupported version.
And of course, we hope to welcome you back on the app in the future if you switch to a device that supports iOS 16 / iPadOS 16.
