To add or update your amenities, go to My account → My home → Amenities. This path is the same on the website and on the iOS and Android apps, though availability of some amenities may vary by platform.
Please only select amenities that are genuinely available to your guests during their stay. If an amenity has specific conditions or limitations, we recommend explaining this in your listing description.

Some of these amenities indicate that care responsibilities will be part of the exchange. Please clearly explain the expectations in your listing and before finalizing an exchange.
Can I filter search results by amenity?
Yes — any amenity that relates to a physical feature of the home (such as Pool, WiFi, A/C, Private tennis court, or TV) can be used as a search filter.
To filter by amenity, use the Filters option on the search results page and select the features that matter to you.
Important: amenities must be included at no extra charge.
Amenities carry an implicit commitment to your guests. If you list Pool, Babysitting services, or Cleaning person, these must be available to your exchange partner at no additional cost during their stay.
Please only list these amenities if you can genuinely offer them as part of the exchange. Listing amenities that require an additional payment is not permitted and may affect your standing on the platform.
If an amenity listed on your home will not be available during your guest’s exchange due to an unexpected issue, please let them know as soon as possible so they can make any necessary arrangements.
