HomeExchange has implemented a mandatory verification process to confirm our members' identities and home addresses in order to increase trust and security within our community.
To verify your profile, you must:
1. Complete your listing to at least 80%
You can learn how to complete your home on this link.
2. Verify your email address and phone number (from your profile)
From your profile, in the "Confidential information" section, you can enter your e-mail address and telephone number. You'll receive a verification e-mail to the mailbox you've entered, plus an SMS code to verify your information.
Once your home listing is at least 80% complete, and your e-mail address and telephone number have been verified, all you need to do is send us the following documents:
- Proof of identity (ID card, passport or driving license) of the person holding the HomeExchange account.
- Proof of address that is dated within the last 12 months (a telephone or electricity bill corresponding to the home you have listed with HomeExchange, and in the name of the HomeExchange account holder).

Once your documents have been uploaded, our team will get back to you by email within 48 hours.
