Yes, you can now reply to a review left by another member on your profile/listing. This is useful if you would like to add additional information, share your perspective or address any feedback given by your exchange partner.
While preparing your reply, please keep in mind the following:
- Reviews are subjective and reflect the personal experience of a member and his/her exchange.
- Your reply must comply with our Terms of Use and cannot be defamatory, offensive or abusive.
- You only have 30 days after the review is published to submit your reply.
- Your reply should not exceed 500 characters.
- Only one reply is allowed for each review.
In other words, once a member posts a review, the exchange partner has 30 days from the day the review is published to leave his/her feedback and no further replies will be possible.
Our team will carefully review your reply and then add it within the review thread.
