Following an exchange, we will send you an email inviting you to review your experience, by clicking on a link within this message. However, you can also leave a review when logged into your account.
To leave a review:
- Hover your mouse over “My account” in the top right corner of your screen.
- Select "Exchanges" in the drop-down menu that appears. All of your upcoming and past exchanges will appear here.
- Click the "Rate this exchange" button.
- Assign star ratings for each of the three categories.
- Write about your experience. You can read our tips on what to write here.
Alternatively, you can go to the conversation with your exchange partner and click “Rate this exchange”.
